1. Reason for Returns
1.1 To the extent permitted by law, Tanjah shall only accept the return of the Goods if:
(a) the Goods do not materially comply with the Specification;
(b) the Goods are unmerchantable;
(c) the Goods are not fit for a particular purpose that was, expressly or by implication, made known to You by Tanjah and You relied on same;
(d) the Goods are not are free from any charge or encumbrance; or
(e) You did not receive good title or quiet possession of same.
2. Procedure for Returns
2.1 To return Goods You shall:
(a) obtain pre-approval in writing with a return number from Tanjah;
(b) return same to Tanjah by pre-paid courier and insure same with an insurer approved by Tanjah;
2.2 Tanjah is not responsible for or required to accept any Goods returned other than in accordance with this Clause.
3. Procedure upon Return
3.1 Tanjah will investigate the claim and if same is valid repair or replace the goods and reimburse You for its delivery and insurance expense.
3.2 If the claim is not accept Tanjah shall return the Goods within 14 days after receipt of payment of the necessary delivery and insurance fees.
